The 2021 Spring Parade of Homes is coming up! This year in Fairbourne we have a parade home built by Todd Campbell Custom Homes.

The Parade of Homes is a showcase of home designs in new construction by some of the Associations builders. “A Tradition of Building Excellence”. Providing annual Spring and Fall tours of homes has been a tradition since 1956! The association was founded in order to bring this event to Boise over 50 years ago. Member involvement includes judging, awards, publicity, realtors and banquet committees.

APRIL 24TH – MAY 9TH

Mondays Closed
Tuesday – Thursday 5-8p.m.
Friday – Sunday Noon-8p.m.

Todd Campbell is a Boise native and a 3rd generation home builder. He learned all the aspects of the construction business from his family. Being on each job site daily, as well as over-seeing the administration of the business, is something that Todd takes pride in and believes is important for his continued success. Todd furthered his knowledge of the industry with a degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Utah. His formal education, as well as the hands on approach, have helped Todd to stay involved in the designing of his homes and communities.
